The 4g93 Swap Help

It would work yeap. I know ive broken one before, gotta be proper delicate. It is only that one key youre trying to start it with yeah? cause i know two of the keys like on the one key chain will cause an error and not start

Yeah realised about half way through to take the keys off the key ring and to only use one. Still nope

How do you know if you broke them?

Leave the ignition on for about an hour to override the immobiliser because by now you have locked the ECU out.

OOOOO yeah additional question how do you remove the throttle cable from the lancer? Cause the mounting brakcets are different compared to the mirage

It comes off from the pedal in the lancer (easiest to do laying upside down in the footwell, without a dash/engine installed), and then it feeds through from the inside to the outside. It'll hook up the same way in the Mirage as it was intalled

Can't work out how to get the clip out to feed it through the hole

For the cost of express posting an ecu with a postbag inside to return it shouldnt be hard

I put a video on facebook. It feels like the engine doesnt know where to idle.

havent got a muffler on atm would that affect it

When resetting the ecu (it resets its basic calculations) by disconnecting power, it'll struggle to idle for a few first starts. Try to get it idling without revving, and then let ir idle for about 15 mins

it gets so close but then cuts out after 1 or 2 seconds
