Swapping ignition barrals and keys.

I have a 2000 gli and a 1999 Mr. The keys for the Mr only work on the drivers door and ignition while The keys for the gli work on both doors, boot and ignition of the respective cars. If I want to swap the key locks and ignition from the gli into the Mr, what exactly do I need to take put of the gli?
Door/boot lock barrels
Ignition barrel, key reader and associated parts from the steering column
Immobiliser module from behind dash
Is there anything else I would need and would it just be a plug and play style swap?

You will also need the Engine ECU from what I have read on here before. You might just need to get a new key made up I had an old delica and alot of the locks didnt want to work I got a propper automotive key guy to make me a new one up not from one of these MR minute places and the new key worked on every door. he said himself the lock/barrels very rarely fail and 90% of the time its just the key

Crap won't work then as the 1.5 ECU won't work on a 1.8. Thing is the Mr key works in the drivers door and ignition just not the boot or passenger door. I'm wondering if ithebignition and driver door have been swapped out before. Don't really care bout passenger door but I won't to be able to open the boot from the outside.

try spraying wd40 on the key and try working it loose for a free fix but I'd still go with getting a new key made up before dropping coin swapping everything over.

The ignition barrel if you can still turn it can be pulled out easy enough and the doors are pretty easy too, wouldn't think the boot is hard but havent had to change that myself.
