Steam cleaning door trim?

Hi guys,

I'd like to steam clean the fabric on the door trim but I'm worried it'll ruin them and unglue the fabric off of the plastic.

Has anyone steam cleaned these and if so what was the outcome like?

Glue is probs too old on CE's etc to do this without, as you said, wrecking the glue. I recommend your basic carpet cleaning spray and try to dab/spot clean it. Or alternatively get them re-trimmed for like $20 worth of fabric from Spotlight and a can of kwik grip from SCA
