Ignition replacement

Hi need help getting to the threads about when changing ignition barrel in a 01 CE Lancer help plz

Use a hammer and a pin punch to turn the bolts.

I changed the ignition barrel and now it won't start.the immobilizor is shutting off either the injectors.how or fuel punch.aby ideas or advice?

So new key with that barrel as well?
