idler pulley problem

so i had a really annoy problems with my idler pulley for awhile so i decided to change it.
i bought a new one "from ebay xD" gave him the vin and everything
turns out its different i cannot use a spanner to tighten it or a socket because no space
what do i do D:

Provided the belt runs in the right place still, you’ll need an offset spanner or a shallow socket and a real thin ratchet. Likely 1/4” drive
 
i have some external drive sockets for this specific reason. they slip inside a ratcheting 19mm spanner. extremely handy for the few times theyre needed.
