Has anyone engineered a 4G69 in a CE?

As per the title, has anyone engineered a 4G69 in a CE? In NSW there is a flag when increasing the engine capacity by 20% so this is likely the thing that might pull up other supporting mods.

If you have engineered, what other components did the engineers require and was it prohibitively $$$$$?

If this can get passed for engineering, can’t see why a 4G69 would have many issues.

So long as it’s a neat conversion, I think all you’ll need to worry about is brakes and emissions.

When I got mine engineered for the 4G93T, I had all my supporting mods done. Brakes, suspension, ect. Which I exceeded. All I had to do was change the cat converter out for a Euro4 cat and it passed.

Might be worth asking an engineer what they require.
