If you wanted to keep the auto, you can use an evo 7gta ECU. Will need to edit the ecu flash to suit g93, add in the missing knock sensor from a g94 or evo7 and whatever else isnt on the motor. Im using an e7 ecu on my CH with a 4g94. Very similar to g93. Reading will be your friend.
 
I have that exact manifold. 6 psi is safe. There are people who have run up to 20psi fine untill they hit the dyno. My suggestion would be to aim for 6 then bump it up very slowy over a long period of time as you want it and stop at around 14. You will kill the motor during hard pulls and snap throttle closes. Avoid those situations and you’ll be boosting for many years to come. There are heaps of ride threads you might want to read.

Whats youre plan for a dump pipe?
 
I'm running the same manifold with a td04 subaru flange, be aware that it's a high mount, not a low mount like evo's so you'll need all custom intercooler and intake piping
 
Just come across this apex . Is that any good for my car ? Realistically I don’t want huge power its just front wheel drive maybe 6-8 psi i guesss.
