feedback on Hurricane extractors

so here is another set of custom made extractors these look pretty damn good totally different style than what I am used to looking at and buying I am going to give these go.... they seem to fit the criteria as in size and performance and there is a nice review about this one and another popular brand.

Saw these a few months ago, wish i could have a set, plz take some nice out of the box pics of them when they arrive
Pitty they cost so much (i would want stainless if i got them) hard to justify 550 on headers when others are 180
But i would say if i had the 550 i would definitly go merrils as the design is just so cool

What would it cost to get these installed by an exhaust shop? just an average guess will do.

that is not a bad price on them keep in mind you will also need to get a front pipe as well made up to fit from extractors to cat... so add an extra $200 as for fitting looking at a guess of $300

Gday if there much different between the cheap extractor and tunned length extractor. How much power dose the extractor gain over stock manifold?

Any extractors is going to be better than the restrictive stock item.

Tuned length in theory will provide more power at higher RPM, but when the engine is outputting a very large amount of exhaust gas; we're talking around 8000rpm and more.

Hi Christine, i have the stainless extractors that Res linked you, after i installed them i did notice the revs raised quicker than previously, also they have a kind of raspy, metallic sound to them and finally they do look really good, see my ride thread for pics.

Is it these ones james? Dose it make much difference?
