So I have been having some strange things occur with the car while driving
If I am driving at 60kms without boosting at all i can smell somethings strange, like exhaust gasses but i cant see leaks when i have the car running and free rev from the throttle
Also sometimes a really strong burning smell occurs even when driving normal withing going WOT or boosting, it almost smells like metal burning.
My coolant levels have been the same with no loss or stuff found inside. drained it all and nothing found that shouldn't be in coolant
my oil levels have also been the same besides a small leak from the oil cap
when i take the dipstick out i notice the revs drop ever so slightly which I am assuming somethings not good

This might be some helpful infomation to someone.

You might be leaking a bit of oil on something hot like the exhaust causing the smell.

Engine rpm variations from removing the dipstick would suggest to me that you have a PCV issue.
Normally the PCV will get metered/filtered are from the intake into the engine and then intake manifold. Perhaps that area is clogged and it is getting unmetered air from the dipstick?
 
With the Dipstick out it lets unmetered air into the crack which is sucked in through the PCV to the intake, hence why the RPM changes. To solve this, dont remove the dipstick..
Exhaust gas is a very peculiar smell, you'd know if it was this or not - like Spetz said, it might be oil dripping in a spot you cant see and burning.
 
Does it smell like rotten eggs? If it is...then the cat is clogged so that will need to be replaced too.

Na cat converters all good I had a look
That solves the dipstick issue then lol.
Found a leak yesterday right in the middle of the turbo manifold. Leaks gasses once it warms it.
 
That would likely be it. Cast iron is prone to cracking if heated and then exposed to cold substances like water

It’s the gasket between the manifold and engine block where it leaks from only spotted because of the black soot on the engine block
 
Also Anyone know where I can find a new turbo from, or recommend. Have a slight rattling noise coming from the turbo, when I rev by pulling the throttle cable
