CE performance parts list

Lightweight pulley? can offer you a bit more oomph with decreased rotational mass. Headers/extractors are a solid upgrade for more torque/hp depending on the design. Aside from going crazy, there isn't a whole lot more you can do than what you've mentioned really. Handling is where these thing really shine. Rear swaybar and front and rear strut braces do wonders (I will never stop recommending them), even better with coilovers
Ive seen whiteline has a front tower strut brace for $225, worth it? In terms of handling ive got lowered monroe suspension with variable rate shocks in the back which tighten in corners and mate, the p plater golfs might go fast on straights but anywhere near a corner the lancy is gone. Was looking at headers from Hens but theyre out of stock on the website and he hasn’t replied to fb messages. Cheers for the recommendations

Personally, I would go for Ultra Racing over whiteline any day of the week when it comes to bracing. The UR braces feel IMO far more solid, look better and weigh next to nothing. I have a UR rear and a tien front, and I'm considering changing my front over in the future. If you don't have a rear swaybar, Id recommend grabbing a rear strut brace before a front one. If you think it handles well now, with some structural rigidity and a rear swaybar setup you will be laughing

Do you have any links or online shop recommendations for sway bars? Ive had a quick look around before with no luck. I will check out UR now for some of their parts. Cheers once again.

RPW does a swaybar kit,

I only have a Proton Satria GTI setup which from memory is one of the thinner ones, but still a massive upgrade from stock. Keep in mind you will need to have Lower control arms with swaybar endlink attachments, and the end links themselves. You can generally make do with the stock front setup as it is thicker to compensate for not having a rear from factory

Sweet cheers. I’ll definitely look seriously into these. Is a rear strut brace worth getting without getting the sway bars to go with it?

Anyone got recommendations for future mods? At the moment i have a pod filter with intake pipe, catback exhaust system and slotted rotors and good pads. Not looking for anything to substantial, just some things that will help me chop other P platers. Ecu flash? Headers? Any recommendations are welcome

If you’ve got a CE with the 1.8 a flash tune will do wonders. A dyno tune would be even better but you wouldnt see the extra $$ spent over a flashtune back as hp. If you’re Sydney based PM me and I can direct you towards some places for tunes.
