Hi all and welcome to AusLancer!

To ensure that AusLancer remains to be a pleasurable place for it's members we have set the following rules. Material contrary to these rules will be removed without question and repeated misconduct from any member will result in their account being temporarily or permanently banned.

Advertising - Businesses that aren't sponsors of AusLancer are strictly prohibited from advertising their goods and/or services on the forum.

Flaming - Members are reminded to please be polite and courteous to each other at all times. Material that is intentionally racist, abusive, harassing, illegal, threatening or derogatory will not be tolerated.

Pornography - Material of a pornographic nature will not be tolerated and will be removed without question and may result in the user being temporarily or permanently banned.

Copyright - Members are prohibited from uploading any material that they are not the legal copyright holder of. No information on how to obtain material that breaches copyright laws (eg. illegal software, music or video) is to be posted on the AusLancer forum.

Inappropriate Language - On this forum a swear filter is implemented to maintain the family friendly nature of this forum and will be continually updated with new words to filter out if required. Circumvention of the filter by members is not allowed under any circumstances.

Private Messages - They are called private messages for a reason and member's who distribute the contents of a PM without the author's explicit permission will receive a warning and/or ban depending on the severity of the breach. If you have a problem with any PM you have received please report it to the AusLancer moderators using the Report Message button.

Viruses, Adware and other Malware - Posting links to any of these malwares will result in an instant and permanent ban from AusLancer. Whilst we will attempt to ensure members are protected from such malware, we strongly urge vigilence when clicking on any link contained in the forums.

Phishing and Hacking - Any such activites will result in an instant and permanent ban from AusLancer. All evidence in relation to such activities may be passed on by AusLancer's Admin to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We strongly urge all members to ensure when entering their password to make sure that the website's address begins with http://www.auslancer.com/forum/

If you have reason to suspect you are the victim of a phishing attack please don't enter your login details and contact Admin by PM or Email ASAP!

Post Pumping - Is the intentional spamming of the forum to increase your post count and is not allowed. Members caught doing this will be given a warning and have the offending posts removed. The only exception to this rule is the "Spam Central" sub-forum which is setup such that posts made in there aren't counted towards your post count.

Cross Posting - Please only post your question in one section on AusLancer.

Forum Signatures - are to be kept within a reasonable physical size and must not exceed 100KB to ensure that AusLancer remains to be a pleasurable browsing experience for all members. Advertising of good or services in the signature is stritcly not permitted unless you are a sponsor of AusLancer or permission is granted by one of the forum admins.

AusLancer Trading Post - Members must have a minimum of 50 posts and have been a member of the forum for 2 months before being permitted to sell items on AusLancer. AusLancer's Admin and Moderator team will be keeping a close eye on ensuring that members don't post pump with the pure intention of being able to sell items in the Trading Post. AusLancer and it's administrators provide the Trading Post purely as a medium for advertising for the benefits of its members and accept no liability for it's usage. For all transactions full liability and responsibility is assumed by members and their usage of it forms acknowledgement of these rules. Where possible members are encouraged to pick up and pay for items in person.

Reporting Problems - If you have a problem with another member's actions on the forum you should report it to a moderator ASAP. If you are unhappy with the decision or actions of the moderator, then please forward your concern onto me.

Please forward any concerns or complaints onto ryan@auslancer.com or send me a PM.

Regards,
Ryan
