So for the uninitiated, over the last 2 years we have run forum awards at the end of the year. Carrying on in that tradition (and at the request of members) we are running the 2014 Forum Awards now.

Time has come for the annual forum awards, nomination threads have been posted, feel free to nominate members for each particular category. Go to this link and you will find the nomination threads: viewforum.php?f=72

For those that weren't present this time last year, it will proceed as follows.

1. Nominations made by members will be open for approximately 1 weeks.
2. Nominees will then be entered into a poll for each award.
3. Members can vote as they wish for each award, voting will be open for approx 1 weeks.
4. Votes will be finalised and awards given.

Each winner will get an AusLancer sticker and again there will be 2x $50 Supercheap Auto Gift Vouchers.

The first gift voucher goes to the person with the highest votes in any category, the second gift voucher goes to the person with the highest combined number of votes across all categories. If the same person gets the highest single and combined number of votes, the second voucher will go to the member with the second highest number of combined votes across categories (ie. the same person can't win both vouchers).

VOTING IS NOW OPEN

Re: It's that time of the year again....2014 Forum Awards!

The winners for each award are:
Cleanest Build - naughtika
Most Hands On - MOR31
Tech Head - Trondabron
Forum Joker - Rigby
Best Wheels - 7R3N7
Most Improved Build - t-nol
Slowest Build - Donki
Most Inspirational Person/Build - t-nol & Trondabron

I did say that it would be only one award per member, however, both Trondabron and t-nol were both well ahead of the pack in their respective awards so as such have awarded the Most Inspirational Person/Build award to them both since they tied for it.

The winner for the highest single number of votes on any single category (and recipient of the first $50 SCA voucher) is Trondabron. Trondabron also received the highest overall number of votes, so the second $50 SCA goes to t-nol who has the second highest overall number of votes.

Congrats to all of those who won.

I would personally like to congratulate donki on winning the prestigious slowest build award and taking it off me for the year. Another year has passed and my car has made no notable progress, so to actually get nominated and win for negative progress now that's an achievement! congrats sir

As the original slowest build winner it's good to see it moving on once again to a worthy custodian.
And to now be passing my last years best wheels on to Trent is a happy feeling as I loved how mint they came out. And for anyone thinking they may be a contender next year you best step up your game

Congrats to everyone who won, and thanks for anyone who threw a vote my way, much appreciated, theres no way i would have built this if it wasn't for Auslancer. Cheers.
