radiator

Hi guys, I’ve noticed only one of my radiator fans seems to run. The one circled in the photo doesn’t seem to get a go. The temperature needle stays consistently just under halfway, even with the AC on full. Still, I think something isn’t working the way it should. Thanks for any insight.
