RA Snorkel Benefits

Any car, unless advertised as a genuine sports car (I'm not talking about a Camry Sportivo here, think more AMG, HSV, that kind of thing), will generally benefit from any change in air intake system. Whether or not you can feel that is another question. @peregrine has reported some benefit in the RA intake, as have one or two others, but it would be marginal.
At the same time, a 1% or 2% increase here and there will compound and add up, so intake, exhaust, and a couple other bits and pieces will all help out
Little if any. You'll hear the intake more, and will probably plant your foot a bit more to hear it, thus using more fuel. If you drive dead on the exact same, there'll be no change
Yes it will!! but only marginally, as proved by tune up guru Merlin. For a start you wont be sucing in warm air, rub your hand umber your current snorkel
above the battery and you will feel 25 holes. Put there by Mitsubishi because the snorkel was too restrictive to start with. Also required with the RA
form an opening in the panel in front of the snorkel to help better breathing. There's stacks of information on the internet. Try Club OOPS!!! for instance.
More the just performance you will get a smoother more responsive machine. just the feel of the accelerator pedal and the loss of that squeaky sound.
replaced by a healthy roar when you hit 3200rpm or there a bouts makes it worthwhile.
By the way the exhaust manifold on the 2lr, is a clam shell and not as efficient as the 2.4ltr one which while I can't qualify as an extractor does
