Just got a 1997 CE Mirage... Question(s)?

Which Lancers have similar headlights? The seperate turn/headlight type.

Early model ones - often called CE1. Theres no easy way to determine other than using your eyes as they may have been changed, someone has the year model wrong or it was sold during the crossover of facelift. Fairly common to find.

Side note: The split type are glass, the single type are plastic. So you can try asking for glass headlights if that helps.

Also coupe and sedan aren't the same, the headlight and the corner lamp, so make sure you check that too

So here is a lancer that is a possible yes...

And here is one that is a definite no...

I'll just take pictures of what I have. Hopefully the differences are obvious and not down to some stud that 5mm to the left.

Unfortunatley, both are a no.. the first link is for a CC lancer. You need to find a CE lancer. Like this one

CE Coupe (CE1)

You were right with the second one there, the sedan does not match the coupe/mirage.

Your link won't work for me but if it's this one... http://www.picknpayless.com.au/ezip...p?Location=picknpaylesscomau&VehicleID=212374 that looks like it has a one piece assembly.

Anyway went out before getting your reply. Slim pickings. Only one possible car and it's right headlight had been removed and mangled. Plus it was corroded internally. Saving grace was I found a steering wheel and combination switch mount assembly.

My headlight is electrically fine just missing the mount points for the turn signal assembly. I'll just make a bracket for it to stop the assembly wobbling so it gets through pink slip inspection.
