Repainting interior panels

I saw these panels come up on ebay and was interested, but it is a big outlay. The question I have is how hard is it to remove these panels in my car. From the dash, the center comsole and the window controls.

Cam i just pop the panels out or do I have to take the door cards off and the dash out. Was thinking rather than buy the ralliart ones just respraying mine in a gunmetal grey
Thanks guys

Removing the panels are quite easy. The main dash panel can be removed by 1st removing the instrument cluster surround this will expose the screws holding the vent strip and mirror switch strip screws. also remove the radio surround to expose two more screws you can then pull these two panels off. To make things easier you can get trim removal tools off Ebay for a few dollars. The centre console is a little more complex in that the wiring for the lighter and ashtray are quite short. Remove the back section of the console to expose the screws. As far as the door switch parts, yes i recommend removing the door trims as you could damage the clips if you pull them up from the wrong end. Someone else on here may have more knowledge then me on this.

Just as PJM has said above, all good, you could also looking at using wrap on the panels as well, maybe carbon fibre or as you said gunmetal.
