Hey guys,

So I have a pretty strange issue and it's not something I've been able to figure out.

Basically I pulled apart my cluster from the 1.8 and obviously doing the conversion I haven't been able to reach claibrate the Fuel Gauge and Temperature Gauge needles. Now I've gotten the Speedo and Tacho pretty easily as they are simply point the needle to 0 but the temp and fuel gauge are being annoying lol. When I point the temp gauge to zero it starts out correct but after you turn off the car it doesn't return to zero as it should.

The fuel gauge being a fixed level one (as in doesn't return to zero after pulling out the key) makes it a completely different problem altogether which I think could be solved by just filling up completely and aligning to full.

Any suggestions as to how I can rectify these issues?

Thanks in advance :)

If the needles are stuck perhaps they are on too tight, they are just a wedge fit.
As for the fuel gauge, unplug the pump under the rear seat and use that as 0% to set the needle

Ahh ok then, well I've been adjusting them when it's off the car and got no power to it so I would have assumed that would make it absolute zero but it doesn't seem to be liking it :s
