Help with imobiliser transponder

Hi team

I have purchased a stat write off 2007 CH ES Limited and I will be swapping the engine into my son's similar car (Cause engines don't go well without coolant!!! - who knew!!!)

The wreck has one key which keeps falling to bits, but the transponder has now disappeared and the car won't start.

I need to drive this thing onto a trailer and over to where the engine swap will happen etc.

Is there any quick way to bypass the immobiliser?

Legit story - PS - other than engine/box shafts and front panels, there's lots of bits available to anyone interested.

Great interior etc.

No easy way or cheap that i can think of for one trip, so tow truck or car trailer may be your best option.

They can be difficult without the little black transponder piece in ign key, cheapest would be to winch or push it onto trailer with some help, you could get key cut/coded $165.00 aprox (then you will have a spare set)/ and or depending on the year remove ecu/ign key lock assembly from wreck and replace with your son's ecu/ign lock assembly/reader and just use his key, lot of mucking around, like i said push it on trailer or winch it, cheapest method sounds good.
