Back in a Mitsubishi

Hi all. I sold my rock solid 97 Magna Altera which I'd converted to manual in 2012, I did around 190,000 with no major issues before selling it in perfect running order with 273,000k. I went on to buy several nice but troublesome euro cars, my last being a Renault Migraine 225. It was 10 years old with only 103,000k but was the biggest pile of garbage, it was very fast but between July and last week it needed;

Turbo boost solenoid
Hub swivel bearings (unique stupid design)
Fuel pump
Broken gear linkage
Interior flooded due to badly designed scuttle drains
The last straw was the dual mass flywheel starting to go. I could have replaced this myself for $900 or paid an extra $1000 for someone else to do it but had spent way too much time laying under it fixing stupid issues. I decided I need something reliable.

I looked at a Crummydore and found I still hate them even with a clutch pedal. Drove a new Mazda 3 which was nice inside but ugly on the outside.
On the day I looked at the 3 I decided to buy it. Later that Saturday and within 60 seconds I was passed by 3 Lancers and saw two parked so drove straight to the Mitsubishi dealer and saw my new white 17' (11/16 plate) ES Sport sitting there calling out to me. I drove it home two days later. They had $21000 on it being a demo with 23k on the clock which I got down to $19500. Very happy with it and know I will get years of trouble free motoring. I now have to try not to mod it and lose my warranty but will most likely fit a rear sway bar asap.
