Upgrades on VRX

Heya guys!

I'm very new to the car scene. In the past I've just done the bare essentials to keep them running (never looked at optimising parts).

I recently grabbed a 2002 'CE' which I've been told is actually a CG, and I'm looking at some upgrades for it.

Particularly suspension and brakes. As I've never looked at this sort of thing before, what would be the best options? And is there any other work that I should/could get looked at while this is being done?

I'm looking at softer suspension (the roads I'm driving take their toll, and I'm finding it quite rough).

Could anybody give me a rough idea? I also believe the engine is a 4G94 if that matters. I was also looking at chucking a turbo on it (in the distant future), but just read a previous thread on that, so not sure if I'll follow that path.

Best op for comfy suspension, replace your old standard with new OEM or higher spec. Got fresh KYB shocks in my CH and they make for a comfortable but still solid ride. Can thoroughly reccomend.

CG's were a relatively short run over here, so there's very little info specifically on them. And if you've got a VRX already, you've probably got all the possible factory options aha. Look through the CG/CH rides section and pickout some of the 2L ones to see what you can do to your motor. I'm sure the interiors are fairly similar between CG CH so maybe there's some options you'd like from never models like the leather seats ect. Hope you find what you're after :)

Any kind of suspension shop can order them for you. Also eBay.
