If they are E marked and they have red reflectors then you are probably OK.

If your unsure shoot the seller an email asking about ADR approval, Mars are pretty upfront with that sort of thing

but if your really unsure have a read over section #4 of the legislation (requirements)

Hi, my Lancer has a set of the LED based brake light version and yes they are E marked and the centre of the brake light is a reflector.

I got some of those years ago and to be quite honest I was very disapointed they looked cheap and not very nice, have a look on the US site Evom you might be able to pick up a set of their rear brake lights they look so much better or find a set of VRX and paint the housing

Don't disagree with you there i think they are butt ugly, they were on the vehicle when i purchased it a few months back. I plan to replace them with genuine design or VRX style as soon as i have the spare cash.
