Well, its been going for days now. Got the O2 sensor in and I have trimmed the timing by 20% and its running sweet.
Ill just put a couple of hundred kays on it to bed in the rings, then change the oil to some friction modified stuff.
Its booked in for a Dynotune on the 24th of this month, so then its time to boost and happy choo choo time. :)
Its on low boost at the moment (12psi), and Ive only given it a couple of light squirts, still that was enough to get a WTF out of a 6L VE yesterday. So its been worth it already.

Well, I got a couple of weeks out of it and nearly went through a whole tank of petrol.......
Now the clutch has failed. No idea what it is or what to put in it, it looks like the buttons have failed, it still clamps, but wont disengage, thrust bearing is good and operating. time to split it open and see.
Im gonna call this thing the BOAT......
Every time I take it out I gotta Break Out Another Thousand!

Nah, I had the camera in there and there is full movement at the clutch. I thought that a t first. In fact, it has been getting harder and harder to change gears over the past couple of weeks, so I investigated the master, slave and throw bearing with no solid answer. So I adjusted the rod where the master cylinder attaches to the pedal to give it a bit more throw, and it fixed it.
Until last night when it got hard to select a gear all of a sudden and by the next set of lights I couldnt get it into gear. Had to start it in first and drive home on the syncro rings.

See how the little tabs are broken. Well, turns out, these little tabs make the clutch disengage. If they are broken, you have no clutchy clutchy!
So, if anyone can suggest what clutch i can get, Im all ears. Try and google a 4G93 clutch that will handle 300+KW and it doesnt exist. 4G63 and you have choices, but it looks like they dont fit.
DrB? any suggestions? What are you running?

I have a good set up in mine from @Hens, I cant remember the specifics but its much better than the Exedy HD one I had before.
Maybe @Trondabron can point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the Awesome response guys. Looks like I found a local mob here in Newcastle who is going to make something up for me.

Hi All,
Got new clutch in. Works great.
Got a couple of kays up the road and I noticed the fuel pump struggling and the car running like *poo*e,
So went home and pulled the pump out of the boot. Its working fine, fuel looks a bit muddy, so checked filter, sure enough, it was that clogged it collapsed.
I only replaced it when I got the car.
Anyway, out with the tank and it was full of rust and scale and the pick up pump had failed, so that explains why the pump got really noisy after it got below about 3/4 of a tank.
New tank, new pump in the tank, some new lines and an extra filter in the boot.
All ready to get an E85 tune!!

Then the daughter backs into it last Sunday and stoves the front in.

Happy days!

Just time. Not much in parts. Nearly back together tonight. New front bar reo and passenger side headlight. Mainly time to straighten radiator support. remove and replace bar, IC, piping, radiator, lights.
Forgot to mention that the wastegate pipe decided to detach at 110kmh on the freeway. It was a pretty looking weld, just had no penetration around the Vband flange. That's fixed now too.
