2002 MR coupe: Do i go to the wreckers and get ignition lock and key, key reader, immoblizer and ecu.
Im really at a loss what to do? thanks in advance. bundaberg qld is the location.
Yeah that's pretty much your plan of attack. I'm pretty sure you can get the outdoor locks rebarreled, but you'd have to find someone. Otherwise you have to take the door and boot locks with you
yes i only ever had one key, should have got a spare.....thanks for the replies........i read as many "immobilizer" threads that i could find, does swapping pin 8 and pin 22 on the ecu around, bypass the immobilizer?
Sorted: Went to the wreckers, got a steering column with key and immobilizer, door locks and boot lock for $60 and 1 hour later it was running..............thanks for the replies.......cruza
