4G63 LSD help!

Hey everyone! Just joined as I was hoping to get some information to help me with my traction woes. My names Chris, I’m a mechanic, and I’ve currently got a CE coupe that I’ve put an EVO IV 4G63 into. Now it’s got the evo crossmember/subframe, front lca’s, rack, shafts, knuckles, brakes etc. But it’s also still running the evo box and transfer case, obviously converted to FWD. So my issue is this, stock evo IV transfer means open diff, boost + open diff, well you get where I’m going. Sooo, what’s my best/cheapest option here, has anyone else done this conversion? Did you get an evo 6 transfer, after market lsd? I’d love to hear people’s ideas and insights, but bear in mind that the concept of buying a $2500 lsd on a (so far) $10000 build is a bit questionable. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Here’s a couple of photos since this if my first post!

How has it been converted to FWD.

My stock transfer case diff was an LSD, converted to FWD by welding the outer case together (that went pop and has since been fixed with a kaaz lsd and meek fwd locking plate)

I bought a donor vehicle for cheap in the form of a silver mirage that someone else had done all the hard work on, so all I can imagine is the centre diff has been locked to some degree, and the extension housing/pinion has been deleted off the transfer and a “custom” plates been bolted on.
